We use WhatsApp as our primary method of communication between sessions. This allows for ease, voice notes, real-time connection, and a more personal coaching experience.

While we do our best to support you between sessions, please know that:

• We are not available for ongoing, 24/7 conversation.
• You’re welcome to send messages, voice notes, or questions at any time.
• We will reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
• Weekend and holiday responses may take longer, unless it’s time-sensitive and pre-arranged.

1. Scope of Coaching

Coaching is a supportive, collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, shift limiting beliefs, and take aligned action. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. As your coach, I am here to guide, encourage, and hold space—not to diagnose or treat any condition.

2. Commitment & Responsibilities

As your coach, I commit to being fully present, honest, and compassionate. I’ll provide customized tools, insight, and accountability based on your goals. As the client, you agree to show up on time, engage fully, and take ownership of your personal growth between sessions.

3. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in coaching sessions is strictly confidential and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law or if there is risk of harm.

4. Sessions & Scheduling

• All sessions are 60 minutes and take place via WhatsApp.
• Sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.
• Package sessions cannot be extended beyond 6 months..

5. Cancellation Policy

To reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the coach’s discretion. Emergencies will be handled with care and flexibility.

6. Payment & Refunds

• Payment is due in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
• Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun.
• VIP payment plans: Late payments may result in paused services.

VIP clients receive:

Coaching results vary per individual. You acknowledge that your progress depends on your own efforts, and no outcomes can be guaranteed. You release Soulful Transformation, Inc. from any liability related to coaching decisions or outcomes.
