1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Badass Women's Retreat involves physical activities, outdoor excursions, and potentially challenging emotional experiences. I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to, physical injury, emotional discomfort, and unforeseen events.

2. Physical Health: I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities offered during the retreat. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the retreat organizers of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect my ability to participate safely.

3. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Badass Women's Retreat, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the retreat organizers, instructors, facilitators, or any affiliated individuals or entities for any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the retreat.

4. Photography and Media Release: I grant permission to the retreat organizers to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the retreat for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, website content, social media, and marketing materials.

5. Personal Belongings: I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings during the retreat and release the retreat organizers from any liability for loss, theft, or damage to my personal property.

6. Code of Conduct: I agree to abide by the rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the retreat organizers and understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the retreat without a refund.

7.  Commitment to Presence:  I understand that this retreat is designed to be an immersive experience and commit to being present for the entirety of the retreat, actively participating in all scheduled activities from the start to the finish.  I agree to minimize distractions, such as phone usage or external commitments, to fully engage with the program and the community.

I have read and understand the terms of this waiver form and voluntarily agree to its provisions.

Full Payment Due Date: The full payment for the retreat is due no later than March 4, 2025. Participants who have made partial payments must ensure that the remaining balance is paid in full by the specified due date to maintain their reservation.

By submitting this registration form electronically, you acknowledge and agree that your electronic signature has the same legal validity and enforceability as a handwritten signature. You further affirm that all information provided in this registration form is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Your electronic signature serves as your consent to participate in the Badass Women's Retreat and indicates your acceptance of the retreat's terms and conditions, including but not limited to, the cancellation policy, liability waiver, and payment terms.
